Yes, you can cancel the order up to 1 week before your event. You will need to return the tower to our head office and the item must be unused and in the full original packaging. We do need to receive return of the tower before a refund can be issued. Please email customer care at helpdesk@krispykreme.co.uk to request any order cancellations.
