What happens if I can’t collect my doughnuts on the date I've specified?
If you're unable to collect your doughnuts on the specified date for Click & Collect, we recommend contacting Krispy Kreme Customer Care as soon as possible. However, please note that we cannot hold orders for an extended period. It’s best to collect your order on the day you’ve chosen to ensure you don’t miss out.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Currently, we do not offer same-day Click & Collect orders. Orders for Click & Collect must be placed at least one day in advance. If you need doughnuts the same day, please visit your local Krispy Kreme store to purchase them in person.
